Do you mean how was I feeling when I wrote it? It's a little hard to answer, because I write a book over the course of months. But I think I dip into a lot of emotions, in this case loss and fear of loss. And I think I end up feeling hopeful, because that's how I always want my books to end--with hope.

I love all your books, and have read about a dozen since I first read Worthy in January. Currently reading Say Goodbye for Now. It is a wonderful book that is tearing my heart in two.
