I was just wondering if you always knew that these were going to be your characters, your storyline and ending or if you have thought of having the characters be different, story progress differently / be entirely different or have another ending to the novel? I really loved it!

B.A. Paris When I started writing Behind Closed Doors, I knew there would be Jack and Grace but Millie only came later. I didn't expect the story to be quite so dark, though! I didn't think too much about the ending, all I knew was that it would be positive.
