Was it difficult for you to get published? I would love to get published, I have written a few children's stories but when I prepare to send them in I get the jitters and feel as if I am not good enough to get published. I have recently discovered your Virgin River series and have enjoyed reading your books.

Robyn Carr It has always been difficult to get published! It was difficult 40 years ago and it's difficult now -- but part of the process to writers improving is rejection and taking another look at the work and trying again. And again! And again! It's even difficult once you've been successfully published. I still have work turned down, forcing me to take another critical look at the work and deciding whether I want to work on it, try to make it better or move on to the next project.
