Hi, I was wondering how hard is it for you to keep up with all the existing storyline threads woven into each of your books when trying to create a new novel? Is it hard to keep up with some of the details that you are trying to connect with earlier insights throughout the ongoing plot?

Very very very very hard. I often feel like my brain is breaking as I write the books. It feels like the whole series is this teetering stack of cards and every time I add another to the top it could all come crashing back down. But the only way out is through, so I just keep taking each book one word at a time, trusting that I'll pull all the threads together by the end.

Do you like cheesecake? It's weird how it's called cake since it's like a pie. I just looked it up and pie is pie if it has fruit/veggies or meat so technically unless it's a fruit cheesecake it isn't pie. And the definition of a cake is that it’s baked and has flour, shortening, eggs, and sugar. So it is a cake. I thought it was interesting that the pie didn't mention a crust. Do elves make pie? Okay, I'm done now.
