:) I do love Miles Teller. He's a cutie pie. But no, I don't usually picture a specific actor when I'm writing characters. Sometimes people (like you) will say an actor after I'm done writing and I'll say, oh yes, I can see that. Like with Miles. But in general, I have my own version of my characters in my head and they aren't anyone that actually exists. :) I'm glad you're able to picture someone specific though. That makes it fun for me.

As I understand it, you publish books both through Scholastic & HarperTeen. I've noticed your books are published alternating from each publisher - as in one from Scholastic (P.S. I Like You) & then one from HarperTeen (The LLL) & now Listen to Your Heart from Scholastic. I recall reading somewhere that previous characters would appear in a future book through one of these publishers. Am I correct? Which one, & when?
