You can order the paper books from the Book Depository, who do free shipping to most countries. The paperback versions are also available as ebooks for Kindle and various other formats.
You can see a summary of the paperbacks and the extra content on this page (where you can also find affiliate links to the Book Depository which will give me a tiny cut of the sale price). Most of the extras are investigation stories, two of them from Barret-Connor's point of view. There are also a few other short stories that don't focus on the relationship between Warrick and Toreth.

Hi, I read Mind Fuck years ago and have just seen you have several sequels that I would love to read, I tried to find Quid Pro Quo but can only find a site (casperian press i think) that ships only to the US, is there anywhere I can buy it that ships in the UK? Thank you for your time.
