Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Alessandra Torre I have no good answer to this question. The idea for Black Lies came out of the blue, when I was in the grocery store. I suddenly, urgently, needed a piece of paper and ran around the store like a crazy person until I found the aisle with pens and notebooks. I ripped open a box of pens and scribbled down a scene right there, in Aisle 8. Then I had to wait 2 months for my writing calendar to open up so that I could fit it in.
