How do you set out your writing style and in what person?
S. Jae-Jones
I don't necessarily consciously set out to write in a certain style, but I do give consideration as to what POV I'm using before I start writing. A lot of that decision is made as I'm thinking of what sort of story it is I'm writing: something close, intimate, and personal? Or something a little more broad in scope? If the former, I tend to write in first person; if the latter, third person.
