Janette Rallison I think if I wrote a third book (which at this point, I'm not really planning) It might be a good thing to send all four of them back to the past--or rather, our present. Because Echo and Joseph would be thrilled by that. Sort of like if all of those of us who love Jane Austin got to go to that time period--but with plumbing and electricity. Of course now that self-driving cars are becoming a thing (and they predict uber will have self-driving cars soon) it feels like that future and our present are merging anyway. (When I first started that book back in the early 2000, smart phones weren't around.)
