Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed them! 1) He's about the equivalent of 17 or 18. 2) The names are actually spelled Kalam and Callumkal. There isn't a significance to the extra syllables - I just had in mind that they were family names. (The Golden Islanders do get extra words on the ends of their names for achievements.) 3) Stone doesn't know at the point that they have that conversation but he'll realize it later.

Hi, I love your work! I got hooked on Murderbot and just started The Element of Fire. After Murderbot I read all your Raksura works, and to use your parlance, they’re shitting amazing. Do you think you’ll ever revisit that universe? Whether it involves Indigo Cloud, the forerunners or some distant future, I’d be thrilled to read more about the flying lizard people you’ve created.
