Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Renée Rosen I knew I wanted to follow up DOLLFACE with another historical novel set in Chicago and there's really nothing more Chicago than Marshall Field's. Once I started doing a little research I was hooked on the story of Marsh and Delia Caton. I hope readers will be, too!
