:) Thanks for wanting one. If you go to my site (kasiewest.com) and to the frequently asked questions (FAQ) tab, you can find out how to do that. It will probably be more for shipping, because I was giving a shipping break for my book launch order, but the normal orders will go by whatever it really costs to ship to your location.

Dude, you have an amazing gift/superpower. I mean Caymen is an amazing name, unlike Kelly or Haley or Isabelle. I'm tired of the same regular names, especially for guys. Hayden is way better than Jack or Liam, and Xander is way better than Sam or Will. And these cool names always seem to work with the character. So how do you do it? Is it seriously a superpower?
