Well, she calls Dex her best friend--and he was the first to reach out to her so loyally and completely that he probably does deserve the title. But I think she cares for all of her friends so strongly that you could easily make an argument that she has multiple best friends--something I don't think there's anything wrong with (picking one favorite is boring anyway) :)
