What was your hubby's reaction to your relating another free story, despite how he implored for you to "think of the children"? :-P But to be serious for a bit, I am simply in awe of how your prowess in speed didn't take away the Quilty in your works.

Kaje Harper I'm glad if you enjoyed Laser Visions. It's always fun to do something new, and that helps with my speed, because I get to leap into the story and run with it.

My husband heaved a long-suffering sigh and said, "But you are working on something that will bring in money, right?"

I gave him the "this will result in new readers" line, and promised to get "The Family We Make" out before the end of summer. Hopefully.
