Does the Lava scene in the inquisition mean that Ignatius and the albino orks salamander will become full blown fire dragons? Plus does that mean there fulfilment level will change because it hasn't been documented that fulfilment levels change but then Ignatius is the first Homium salamander and it therefore may change? Taran Matharu If Ignatius or the other Salamander were to metamorphose, their fulfilment levels would change ;-)
