How do you get inspired to write?

Sara A. Survivor The purpose behind my books is one borne of frustration. I had been coming forward to authorities for fourteen years. I never wanted initially to go public with what happened back then - the trauma was too great. I needed help validating memories so that I could process them and heal. When authorities refused to look at what I was saying, and provide answers or investigate, and I could not find help with other types of alternatives, I finally did find and receive the records - those records supported me because my memories contained details that lined up with case facts never released.
