I was wondering how you made Elwins doctor? How did you think of all the equipment?

Hm...not sure what you mean by 'how you made Elwins doctor.' But I'm going to take a stab and guess that you're wondering how I came up with some of his quirky techniques as a physician? If so, the answer is kinda the same one I give when anyone wants to know where I get any of my ideas--I brainstorm a lot and ask myself, "what if I did THIS?" a lot. And I usually with a slight goal in mind as I do it. (In Elwin's case, I wanted him to be a doctor who wasn't scary and didn't use painful things like scalpels and needles and blood) The rest is just trial and error until I come up with stuff that feels *right*
