A. White
A. White asked:

I want to know how could you write about spirituality without religion when most of what we know about spirituality comes from a religion?

Jason Keisling If only there was a book you could read to find out.
Tom Two wrong premises here: That religion knows much about spirituality and that there is little information about spirituality outside of religion. Most of what religion teaches about spirituality, ie. the nature of God and man's relationship with HER, is wrong. In general, you will only get good information about spirituality by going outside of religion -- and there is a great deal of information available.
Nick Rose Sam does acknowledge there are good things to take away from religion, but religions are based on a structured doctrine. So the contents in this book are meant to do just what your question asks, how to find spirituality without using the established doctrine of religion. So if you would like to further fulfill your question, the contents of the book should do just that.
C Most of what we know about the sun comes from humans, it doesn't follow that the sun is a human...
Breno That's assuming a certain meaning for the word 'spirituality', which is not the same meaning Sam adopts in his book. The question is answered in the first chapter of the book, so I guess you could download a sample or stop by a bookstore and check it out :)
A. White Thank you two for your reply. :)
