Hi, Mikayla! There is a video on my website, I believe, that explains how the books relate to each other. After The Princess Spy, I wrote The Golden Braid, which happens at the same time as the events in The Princess Spy, just providing the behind-the-scenes perspective and happenings. Then I wrote The Silent Songbird, which comes out in a few months, and is the story of Colin's parents, Colin being the hero from The Princess Spy. And since The Merchant's Daughter is the story of Colin's grandparents, Ranulf and Annabel, The Silent Songbird is a sequel to The Merchant's Daughter.

Hi Melanie, I've read your books and have been inspired by many of your stories. You are truly a writer of Christ. I also am an aspiring artist that wants to write books for God. Can you please tell me some tips and give me a recommendation of a publishing company that I can go to? I would really appreciate the help, I know that I need to look to God for the books that I write, but if you have any advice for me?
