Helen Flynn I have to agree that the main character is unlikeable. She is whiney, unstable, and ungrateful. She is oddly clumsy, and has poor communication skills…moreI have to agree that the main character is unlikeable. She is whiney, unstable, and ungrateful. She is oddly clumsy, and has poor communication skills for someone who has enjoyed some success as a writer for a travel magazine. If I can't connect with a character and usually don't enjoy the book. I have read other Ruth Ware books that I did enjoy and I can't include this one on the list. (less)
