Elizabeth Hoyt This whole answer is a massive spoiler for Notorious Pleasures!

I (GASP!) never actually plotted out how Griffin found out about Godric because I never had to reveal it to the reader. (HA!) But I figured Griffin knew about Godric but not the other Ghosts. Griffin (or his friend Nick) happened to see/hear about Godric because Griffin was working in St. Giles with that illegal gin still and stored away the information. When Megs comes to Griffin with her problem he decides to blackmail Godric. That's it.
