Hi Ann Livi Anderews, I am a first time visitor and just trying to find my way around the Goodreads site. I am looking for your Read Me Topics under each Folder Category but can't find them. Please help Me find them? Peter E Laney
Ann Livi Andrews
Hi Peter!
Thanks for reaching out. If you click here: https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/... you'll reach our forum homepage. If you scroll down a little, you'll see several headings, such as READ ME!, Introductions, Support Indie Author Newsletter, & Author Help. Author Help is where you'll find the first Read Me Topic. It's the very first topic under that heading and has an asterick by the name: The discussion itself is called About The Author Help Folder. From there on out, the Read Me Topic should be under each folder category as the very first discussion topic with an asterick by the title.
Feel free to email me at annliviandrews@gmail.com with any additional questions. I could even give you screenshots if you'd like.
Thank you!
Ann

Ann Livi Andrews:
While you are wearing your Goodreads Moderator hat: What do you think is the best method to contact self-publishing authors in need of copyeditors or developmental editors? I know they seem to be an independent lot, but as with any written, soon-to-be-published material, they need editors, and contacting them, helping them, is proving difficult. Any suggestions gladly accepted. Thanks ahead, Polly

Dear Ann, I am an author who recently joined Goodreads and am learning my way around. I have added my book title to the Indie Author Group. Did I break any rules? Hope not. Also, how does one check if the submission worked? Thank you for this service and love to hear from you. Take care. Sincerely, Robert
