Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Elizabeth Fraley I've been an Arbortext user for over 15 years and have always worked to make the knowledge less tribal and more accessible. In the last year, I've seen more bad implementations appearing in higher frequency. We've done videos, online training, mentoring and written blog posts, but until now there has never been an Arbortext book that wasn't written by the company. This is the first of three books I'm hoping to deliver before the end of the year, all aimed at new users of the product.
