Mark Smylie Apologies for not answering sooner, I keep forgetting to scroll all the way down to look at "pending questions." I like many of your cast suggestions, and it strikes me that they can serve quite well as mental images or voices in your head for reading the book. Years ago back when I started working on it (in fact originally as a screenplay) I sometimes had in my head: (a young) Wentworth Miller as Stjepan, Katherine Moennig as Erim (who oddly does kind of look like Kristen Stewart), Alan Cummings as Gilgwyr, Cary Elwes as Arduin, Izabella Miko as Annwyn (pretty close to current Imogen Poots), Ian McShane as Leigh, Josh Holloway as Godewyn, and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Guilford. Oddly I've never had a specific actor tied in my head to the character of Harvald.
