Thank you! That book was inspired by a porcelain doll shop in my home town. Every time I saw it, I thought that it would make an excellent setting for a book. :)

Hi! I've read all of your books that are out, including "P.S. I Like You". They're all amazing and you never disappoint!!! Upon finishing this book, I realized that basically everything I have read from you has a pattern, at least one of the main characters parents are separated in some way, and they usually do not have a strong relationship with their father. Why do you choose to add this aspect into every book?

Whoa! I discovered you about a week ago when I found "On the Fence" at the library, couldn't put it down and finished it in hours. Then I picked up "The Distance Between Us" and I knew I was in love! I read that you wont make a sequel to On The Fence (which makes me really sad) but will you write a sequel to The Distance Between Us? By the way you are now one of my favourite authors ever.
