Honestly, probably not. I love Bully, and I think it's a good book, but I'm not sure it would transfer to film very well. I'm just not sure it's compelling enough to interest filmmakers.

Now a TV series is a different matter. More would be added (subplots) to the week to week drama, so I might like that idea. But again, I doubt it would ever happen. I'm not that lucky ;)
