Megan Reed
Megan Reed asked Molly Horton Booth:

Who is the character you most identify with in your upcoming novel, Saving Hamlet?

Molly Horton Booth I have to say Saving Hamlet's main, POV character, Emma Allen. I drew a lot on my high school experiences and headspace to write her. Lots of anxiety, but wanting to prove myself and be accepted. And let's be honest: pretty sarcastic. Emma and I have some key differences though, and I think I put other parts of high school me into Lulu and Stanley, and even Brandon and Josh.

And, it should be said, by the time I was stage managing in college, I was much more like grumpy Wick (the Globe's stage manager) when in the theatre. xD
