How do you get inspired to write?

Tetsu'Go'Ru Tsu'Te I think myself into the world I have created, and into the head of one of the characters that is in that world, and deal with the situation that the character is facing. Then it’s just a matter of watching what happens and being a good chronicler of the events as they occur. If there is no world I create one, but most of the world may not make it explicitly into the story, which would make the story into an encyclopedia entry, the created world must stand by patiently and leak out the reader as needed, as the story progresses through the stories various narrative arch’s.
