How do you deal with writer’s block?

Remy Keith I never stop thinking about my characters and where they are going next. Whether I'm sitting at the keyboard, washing the dishes, sitting on the beach, I am always in my character's head figuring out what's next. Even when I can't seem to get the next paragraph flowing, I write anyway. I will have deleted a hundred such paragraphs before finally getting it in the correct flow to lead me where I want to go. Once that paragraph is written, the block is broken and I'm off and running again.
