Hello again Ms. Schwab! Since you love fairy tales, have you ever considered writing a story with established characters like Snow White and Little Red Riding Hood? I highly recommend reading books like Fables and The Book of Lost Things as they are perfect in examining these characters while relating back to their real-life messages.

Honestly, probably not (though Book of Lost Things is one of my favorite books). I like borrowing small pieces of classic narratives, but from the very beginning, I've been pretty set on only creative original worlds. This in part because fairy tales have been done so many times, and in part because I'm my first reader, I have to be excited about my books, and what excites me most is designing new stories and worlds.

I've been looking at the profile for This Savage Song, and it says in the description and on the American cover that it's by Victoria Schwab, but the British version of the book has V.E. on it. Did you classify it as an adult book in the UK for a reason, or is it just a mistake?
