Where did you come up with the names Fitz or Elwin? Did someone else have those names, or did you come up with them?

I found them in a baby name book and chose them because I liked both the sound of the name and the meaning.

Hehe, I've been wondering about this for a long time. :) (may or may not be a confusing question) It sorta seems like Foxfire has a lot of students, and they all basically have the same teachers, but the classes are one-on-one. (most of the time) So how do the teachers teach everybody by the end of the school day? :))
