I could have sworn I answered this. Apologies if you get two answers. Firstly - who's the asshole trying to rip people off with my books? They're not worth 41 euros! Maybe I can have a word with them :P
You can get them direct from www.mattshawpublications.co.uk (signed). They're in dollars but the exchange rate means they work out around 21 euros!
Also - you're in Belgium? Hope you're coming to MCM Brussels at the end of the year (in Belgium). Need someone to show me the good places to drink and at least one person to say hello to me so I don't get lonely!
