If you go to Amazon UK you can order it and have it shipped to Canada. I did that a few weeks ago and it arrived and was about the same price as I would have paid if I bought it here.

If you go on Amazon and click on the "Hardcover" version, it says April 4 2017. I think they made a mistake because it says July 28, 2016 for the paperback version, but the paperback version isn't available and doesn't even have a price listed for it.
