Hello. I just discovered your writing this year and have fallen in love with it. I noticed as I was looking at your fairy tale retelling series that the first five books were published through Zondervan, but books 6 and 7 were published through Thomas Nelson. As an aspiring writer myself, I'm trying to get a better understanding of the publishing world, so I am just curious as to why the change in publishers?

If you'd like to get a better understanding of the publishing world, I would suggest reading the great blogs and websites that are written by other published authors, such as the Seekerville blog, the ACFW blog, and blogs by respected literary agencies like the Steve Laube agency and Chip MacGregor's agency, as well as many others. I'm not at liberty to publicly discuss the details of my reasons for changing publishers.
