The summer of 2009. I spent the next year writing down the words. I think of it as a practice novel. It was a good story that may see the light of day at some point, but it will need a lot of rewriting. :) I wrote then just for fun. It was a couple years before I thought I might actually publish something someday. I published my first book in the fall of 2013. :)
