I was really curious of what happens to Caymen's mom at the end. Like What exactly did she have and does she get better. Also will Caymen ever meet her father?

Hello! I've read a few of your books and I've loved every one of them. I'm pretty excited to read the rest of them when I can get them. I know it's a bit random but I was wondering if there was any chance for By Your Side, The Distance Between Us, On The Fence and The Fill-In Boyfriend to be released in Hardcover? Also I hope you'll find a publisher for The Sun, The moon, and the truth it sounds really promising :D
