What's with the controversy I've heard surrounding the synopsis? It might just be me, but nothing in the synopsis strikes me as especially offensive. Did it change? Can someone fill me in here, I need the dirt!

Libby The book isn't particularly controversial but Libby was 'world's fattest teen' and it revolves a lot around her having to be cut out of her house. (This is not a spoiler)
Jack also has problems and maybe people took offense to the way he talked about himself (riduculously)
