Jack Heath It can be tough these days! Third Transmission is out of print but still available at jackheath.bigcartel.com and on abebooks.com. Dead Man Running was only ever published as an ebook and only in Australia/New Zealand, for reasons which are explained on jackheath.com.au/contact
