asked:
how much quantum physics do I need to know in order to read this book? I am a dream worker with 30 years experience and study. But have only a passing understanding of physics.

Thank you Pearl for posting your question. I don't think you need any background on the subject; the book doesn't contain any equations, neither was it intended as an introduction to the quantum mechanics. I believe a decent intuition should be enough to grasp the ideas: I tried to present the meaning of quantum mechanics and what it is trying to say about nature/reality as a whole, and then I compare this general picture with similar ideas in nondual metaphysical traditions such as Vedanta, Platonism, etc. It is ultimately about the fundamental relationship of reality to consciousness. The relationship turns out to be identity.
I hope my answer was helpful. Good luck and I hope you enjoy the book.
