Pat, you mentioned books of yours that were banned by Amazon and you published elsewhere. I have a novella I’ve been working on, and from your description I don’t think it would make it past the Amazon censors. Which publishers would welcome books like this? Sorry it took me so long to get back to you but check your email. Smashwords and Barnes & Noble are not all that censorious. Plus you can get away with racier covers.
