Hi, Mary! I've become a fan since I've read The Good Girl. It was really the twist at the end that had a great impact on me. I was wondering if you originally thought about the ending that way or the idea came when you've already started the story and thought about it as the story progressed?

In fact, I planned to go a different way entirely, but thinking it might be too obvious an ending, decided to switch course and venture off in a new direction!
