Hi Mary! I've absolutely enjoyed The Good Girl and Pretty Baby. I wonder where you get your inspiration from? Do you have other authors that you follow? Do you ever have an issue with any of the content that you write about? I'm excited to read Don't You Cry and others that you write in the future!

Mary Kubica Hi Nicole! I've been so fortunate to connect with MANY authors throughout this process, and find their support and camaraderie invaluable. Pretty Baby was quite dark in many spots in terms of abuse, infidelity and more, and there were a few scenes that were more difficult to write than the norm. They definitely took me out of my comfort zone, but I wanted to be sure I told Willow, Heidi and the rest of the crew's story as honestly and frankly as I could.
