I don't know if you have read the Song of Ice and Fire, or watched the show, but if you have: Do you see any important differences between Jorge and the character Ramsey Bolton? You know, the evil bastard who flay people alive, and castrates them for fun, and so on.

Mark Lawrence I have read the books and do watch the show.

Rather than list differences I would say that there are no important similarities.
