Reela Omer asked Mary Kubica:

Hi Mary. I really like writing books and I enjoy reading them, but I find it really hard to write and think of a good ending. How do I find good endings?

Mary Kubica This is a wonderful question that I sadly don't have a great answer to. The trickiest part of putting together a good thriller is creating an ending that feels plausible, and yet the readers won't see coming! One thing I try to do is to create layers of mysteries throughout the novel. This way, if a reader figures one out (which they do - they're very smart!), there's still something left to discover. And make your characters ones that your readers will feel fully invested in. Even if they figure out the big twist, they'll be so interested in your characters and their lives, that they want to see the ending through. Good luck to you!
