NOS4A2 was my first Hill and I hated it (although I had really high expectations). I think I'm willing to give him a second chance because the premise of this book looks great, but was wondering if they are similar? - not in story obviously but stylistically I guess?
Mike Marsbergen I didn't hate NOS4A2, however I didn't love the hell out of it. I thought it dragged a bit in the middle. The other I've read by him, Heart-Shaped Box, I loved. It's shorter, more to-the-point, and had a far greater emotional impact on me. So I recommend you read Heart-Shaped Box.(less)
