Hi, Cornelia! I've been a huge fan of yours since I was a kid. When I was 12(I am now 22) I devoured every book of yours I could get my hands on, I have 2 questions 1. In Inkspell Mo's notes that Firefox keeps glaring at the Piper when presenting the Adderhead with the book. I always wondered...was it the Piper's idea to have him write his name in the book? 2.Have you ever considered tv adaptations of your works

:))) Jennifer, I think you are right. The Firefox may have whispered that idea into the Adderhead's ear!:)
as for tv - I am not sure. I admit at the moment I am very happy to just have them as books, or in a digital format I can control and create myself as the Mirrorworld App I did for my other world. Nothing ever showed a world of mine in such an inspired and beautiful way, without shrinking or changing it.

Cornelia, I have enjoyed your books immensely! (The Inkheart series has especially captured my heart, and I've read the whole series twice!) I was wondering how you plan out your books. Do you make a rough outline, and then just write from there, letting the story come to you? Or do you plan out every detail and plot point? What do you do when you can't see where a story is going? Thanks! -Karissa :)

Hello! I was just wondering 3 things -- 1. Is there any specific language you imagined meg and the other characters speaking - I remember they were near italy? 2. in my copy, it says that it was translated. was it in english? 3. How do get motivated to write? I love writing once I sit down and do it, but I find it hard to make myself. 4. Do you keep a journal?is it good for writers/ people looking to write?
