I have the Nook e-reader. The first of the Wake Up Married is available from Barnes and Noble but not the rest of the series. Can you talk to your publishers to find out if they intend to make the remaining books of the series available to Barnes and Noble as an e-book?

Leta Blake Hello! The rest of the series will definitely be available on Barnes & Noble, released over the next two months as they come out of Kindle Unlimited. (Unfortunately, Amazon requires that a book in Kindle Unlimited not be available at other resellers.) So, yes, between now and the middle of July the entire series will be available for Nook.
