Do you read the negative reviews? If so, how do you handle them? I'm not sure I'd be able to deal with all of that. I know they say that you take the good with the bad but I think most of us have a tendency to believe the bad easier and put more stock in the negative. I'd have to write under a pseudonym and not have a picture! LOL!

Liane Moriarty That's such a good question, Kathy. I don't read reviews as avidly as I once did, because they so often directly contradict each other, which is confusing. If it's a respectfully written negative review then I will listen respectfully. If it's really aggressive and kind of outlandishly over-the-top I stop reading mid-sentence. (So there's a hint for anyone who wants to trick me into reading your cruel review, lull me into a false sense of security with your calm, well-structured, non-emotional sentences and then WHAM thrust that dagger through my heart)
