How do you get inspired to write?

Cheryl Barker My inspiration can come from any number of things I encounter as I simply live life: interactions and with friends and family, the beauty of God's creation, God's Word and time spent with him, times of joy as well as times of heartache and trouble, things I read or see or experience, etc. Also, deadlines can be pretty inspirational. Ha! :) Seriously, though, due dates help many writers get down to the business of writing -- and then believe it or not, the inspiration can come. And that's when magic happens.
