Oh, good question! I just finished Lear so you can forget about those silly girls who kill themselves over that Edmund creature. I think I have to go with a classic: Lady Macbeth. Not only does she get all of the good lines, but I like to think she's both powerful and beautiful. I gotta respect how she wears the pants in that family.
